Why most owners quit

Nine in ten never finish starting.

The Federal Reserve surveyed 6,525 small employers in 2026. Forty-six percent said they use AI. Only seven percent have it actually integrated into how the business runs.

It isn't that the tools don't work. It's that nobody tells you which jobs are safe to hand over, what the output looks like when it's lying to you, or where the line is you never cross. So people hand over the wrong job, get burned once, and go back to doing it themselves at nine at night.

You can hand over the labor. You cannot hand over the responsibility.

That line runs through every pack on this page. Nothing here sends, posts, files, or pays on its own. Every agent drafts, shows you, and waits.

The packs

One pack. One job off your plate.

Each one is a finished, downloadable pack — prompts, templates, a workbook, an agent you install once and keep, and a run sheet that walks you to the finished result in a single sitting. Nothing to watch, nothing to schedule. $27 each, one payment, yours forever.

Not ready to spend real money on this?

Start with the book. The Guardrails — 78 pages on what to hand a machine, what to never hand it, and how to tell when it's lying to you. Ten fillable templates and three workbooks included. If you buy it, the five dollars comes straight off the Full Crew later.

The part nobody else tells you

Platforms don't punish AI. They punish slop.

LinkedIn demotes formulaic AI posts to your first-degree connections. YouTube made content built on generic templates ineligible for its monetization program and terminated sixteen AI-driven channels with about 35 million combined subscribers in January 2026. Meta drops recommendation eligibility for accounts reposting uncredited content ten or more times in thirty days.

But not one of them penalizes AI use itself. TikTok states outright that properly labeled AI content loses no reach. Every one of them targets the same thing: templated, perspective-free output produced at volume.

Which is why nothing here teaches autopilot. Every pack teaches the human step that keeps you on the right side of that line — and tells you where to check the current rule yourself, because these move.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What do I actually get, right now?

A download. The second the payment clears you land on a page with your files, and the same links hit your inbox a minute later. Every pack is a folder numbered in the order you use it: install the agent, then follow the run sheet — a timed, step-by-step sitting that ends with the actual thing the pack is named after. Then the prompts, the templates, and the workbook you keep using after.

Do I need to be technical?

No. There is no code anywhere in this. If you can fill in a form and read a page, you can do all of it. It is built for owner-operators who have never used AI for real work.

Do I have to pay for anything else?

No. The agents work on the free Claude plan. Some of the later material is easier with a paid plan, but every pack teaches the manual path first so you get a result before you spend anything.

What exactly is an "agent"?

A set of instructions you hand an AI assistant once, so from then on it already knows your rules, your format, and your limits. Like handing a new hire your written procedure on day one instead of explaining the job every time. Installing one takes about five minutes.

Will it post or send things without me?

No, and that is deliberate. Every agent drafts, shows you, and waits. There is no send button. The one narrow exception — a fixed missed-call acknowledgment with no price, date, or promise in it — is explained in the pack where it appears.

Which pack should I start with?

The one covering the job that cost you the most hours last week. Not the one that sounds most interesting. If you genuinely can't pick, most owners get the fastest visible win out of Pack 02 — the replies you're not sending are usually the most expensive thing on the list.

What if it isn't for me?

Thirty-day refund. No argument, no forms, no "let me get you on a call with someone." Email and it's done.

Who made this?

Kyle Bickham. He owns a scaffolding company, a waterproofing company, and a roofing company in North Texas, and runs all three on this. Not a tech person who learned contracting — a contractor who learned this, mostly by handing over the wrong job first and working backwards.
